When you book a 50 minute consult, we will get to know each other either by phone call or video call, you don't even have to visit our office! You will get to ask all of your questions and address your concerns. In return, we will get to learn about you.
Protecting your privacy is important to us
Before we discuss anything, you will receive a signed commitment to protect your privacy so you know that everything we discuss will remain completely confidential. Together we can determine whether working together will be beneficial for you. Sometimes it turns out that we aren’t a good fit for a number of different reasons, and that’s 100% okay. Maybe it makes sense to re-connect when your circumstances have changed. That’s what this initial consultation is for.
There is no signed contract
There is not contract signed ever, because it’s important that you always feel that you are free to walk away at any time. We want our clients to stay with us because they are happy with the work we do together, not because there is some piece of paper binding us together.
Don't live in Ottawa? We can meet virtually
Are you thinking, “I’m so busy, I don’t know if I have the time to meet."? Or ,“I’d love to work with them, but we don’t live nearby.”? What does this all lead to? We use a video meeting software called Zoom where we can meet virtually. We can all be in separate places (ie no need to leave work!). We can screen share, share controls of each other screens, write on the screens, etc. We conduct most of our Ottawa meetings this way, as we live in a world now where travel time is a burden for most people. It really feels like we are in the same room!
